Job Description

Spanish Language Expert

Key Responsibilities

Handle SpanishEnglish communication via calls, emails, and chats
Translate and interpret business documents, customer queries, and internal communications
Provide language support for international clients and internal teams
Ensure high-quality, grammatically correct, and culturally appropriate Spanish communication
Support customer service, operations, or back-office processes for Spanish-speaking regions
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree
in any discipline
Spanish language certification B1 level
(DELE or equivalent)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
Spanish and English
Currently residing in
Hyderabad
Willingness to work
night and graveyard shifts

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in BPO, KPO, customer support, translation, or international process roles
Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms
Good typing speed and computer proficiency
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Experience

Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience
