Partnerships Manager

As a Partner Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for franchise and financial partners. Your responsibilities will include driving the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless integration experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to address the unique needs and requirements of each franchise partner. Additionally, maintaining and building strong relationships with franchise partners to support long-term collaboration and success will be a key aspect of your role. Moreover, you will manage the onboarding of financial partners, including banks and other financial institutions. Working closely with finance and compliance teams to ensure all necessary requirements and regulations are met is also part of your responsibilities. You will act as the primary point of contact for finance partners, facilitating communication and resolving any issues promptly. Liaising with internal technology and support teams to ensure clients have a smooth setup experience is another crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on client progress, actively addressing any onboarding challenges to ensure timely completion. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Partner Manager or Relationship Manager role, ideally in the banking or financial services industry. - Proven experience with onboarding, relationship management, and partner coordination, particularly with banks, franchises, and financial clients. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments. - Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. - Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.,
