The Banking Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with banks and financial institutions for the distribution and enablement of QR and payment soundbox solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking alliances, merchant acquiring, and fintech partnerships, with a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic collaboration. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop partnerships with banks for deploying QR and soundbox solutions under co-branded or white-labelled arrangements. Negotiate commercial terms, revenue-sharing models, and business frameworks for partnerships. Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Embracive’s payment devices and acceptance solutions . Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in banks (Business Heads, Digital Payments, Merchant Acquiring, etc.). Work with internal sales and operations teams to drive adoption and scale-up initiatives across bank branches and merchant networks. Track and report partnership performance, revenue metrics, and deployment progress to senior management.
