- Identify prospective brand, influencer, and affiliate partners in India and overseas using LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry databases.
- Craft outreach cadences, pitch decks, and value propositions that articulate win-win partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms, coordinating internally with marketing, design, and finance teams.
- Track partnership pipeline in CRM, maintaining accurate status, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Activate collaborations end-to-end, from briefing creatives to monitoring live campaigns and optimising for ROI.
- Report weekly on key KPIs (reach, engagement, revenue) and present insights to senior leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Current enrollment in business, marketing, or related program.
- Strong verbal and written English communication with persuasive copywriting ability.
- Proven understanding of social media trends and influencer ecosystems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Self-starter comfortable with remote collaboration and quick turnaround deadlines.
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week for a 3-6 month internship.
Preferred
- Prior internship in partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using Canva, Figma, or basic design tools for pitch material.
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion landscape and consumer sentiment.
- Confidence running outreach automation tools such as Apollo or Lemlist.
