Partnership Executive – Schools & Daycare (Delhi NCR)

• On-premise CureAble setups (screenings / therapy access), OR
• Consistent referral flow for children with developmental delays or neurodiverse needs.

• Visit 

  5–7 schools/daycares daily

• Introduce CureAble’s child development and therapy ecosystem
• Identify schools open to:
• Developmental screening camps
• Referral collaborations
• Long-term partnerships

• Coordinate:
• Screening days
• Parent orientation sessions
• Introductory assessments
• Act as the 

  first trust point

   between CureAble and the school ecosystem

• Daily visit reporting (WhatsApp / Sheet)
• Weekly partnership funnel updates
• Coordinate with CureAble ops and therapy teams

• Male candidates Preferred

• B.Ed / Bachelor’s in Education / Early Childhood Education

• Must own a 

  two-wheeler

• Comfortable with 

  field-heavy role

• Strong verbal communication (Hindi + basic English)
• Familiarity with school environment preferred

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience & communication)

• ₹2,000/month (fixed)

• ₹300 per 

  converted referral case

• ₹1,000 per 

  school/daycare partnership activated

• ₹1,500 bonus if 

  2+ partnerships

   activated in a month

• 5–7 physical visits
• At least 1 decision-maker interaction

• 20–25 quality conversations
• 4–5 warm leads

• 2 active partnerships
• 6–10 referral cases
