We work with a strong network of hotels, decorators, and event service partners across multiple cities to deliver high-quality, hassle-free celebrations.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Partnerships Executive who will build and manage our partner ecosystem across India. This role involves discovering new partners, negotiating win–win commercials, onboarding them onto CherishX, and re-engaging existing partners to grow business and improve service quality.

Partners can include:

  • Hotels & restaurants (for candlelight dinners, parties, stay + décor packages)
  • Local decorators / balloon artists / florists
  • Event service vendors (photographers, anchors, activity providers, musicians, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Discovery & Outreach

  • Identify potential partners in target cities across India (hotels, decorators, event vendors).
  • Research local markets, competition, and pricing to shortlist the right partners.
  • Reach out via calls, emails, visits and online meetings to pitch CherishX.

2. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Pitch CherishX value proposition and standard partnership terms.
  • Negotiate commercials, margins, SLAs and exclusivity (where applicable).
  • Finalize rates, packages, and working terms in coordination with internal teams.

3. Onboarding & Listing Creation

  • Collect all partner details: documents, rate cards, photos, T&Cs, banking details etc.
  • Coordinate with operations/content teams to get partner listings live on the platform.
  • Ensure partners understand processes: booking flow, communication, invoicing, quality standards.

4. Relationship Management & Re-Engagement

  • Regularly connect with existing partners to understand issues, capacity, and new ideas.
  • Re-activate inactive partners with fresh offers, packages or revised commercials.
  • Resolve partner escalations in coordination with the operations & customer support teams.
  • Track partner performance (orders, ratings, cancellations) and work on improvements.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with city operations, customer experience, and product teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain updated records of all partners, contracts, rates and conversations in CRM / sheets.
  • Share weekly reports on new partners closed, pipeline status, and key partner feedback.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development / partnerships / vendor management.
  • Experience in hospitality, events, décor, gifting or marketplaces is a strong plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (Hindi + English; regional languages a plus).
  • Comfortable with high outbound calling, field visits (where needed), and virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work with targets and handle multiple cities/partners at the same time.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, basic CRM tools, and WhatsApp/email-based coordination.
  • Self-driven, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of hotels, banquets, event planners, or decorators.
  • Prior experience onboarding vendors on a platform/marketplace.
  • Understanding of basic contracts, SLAs and commercial structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
