As a Business Development Executive at our company, your role involves contributing to the growth of the organization by finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients, and staying updated on changes in consumption trends. Your responsibilities will also include capacity building in staff through training and mentorship. Networking events will be a key part of attracting and retaining clientele. Your focus will be on ensuring that client feedback is used to constantly improve our products and services. - Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company. - Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. - Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. - Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention. - Craft business proposals and contracts to increase revenue. - Negotiate with clients to secure favorable prices. - Equip staff with technical and social skills to enhance sales. - Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes. - Stay updated on consumption trends to keep our offerings relevant. - Attend company events to generate leads. Qualifications Required: - Any UG Degree - Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services. - Professional yet affable disposition. - Neat, well-groomed appearance. - Great networking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. - 0-3 years of experience.
