Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Strategic Alliance Executive to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our business presence, promoting our suite of financial products, and building strong strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fintech or related industries, a deep understanding of digital financial services, and a passion for relationship-building and business growth. Responsibilities: Drive business development efforts by promoting the company’s offerings across key markets. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. Maintain high levels of engagement and relationship management with existing banking partners. Plan and execute alliance initiatives that support mutual growth and long-term collaboration. Manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and explore areas for partnership enhancement. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategic goals and deliver effective solutions to partners. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to the leadership team regarding partnership activities. Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years in corporate sales, preferably in fintech, digital payments, SaaS, or related industries. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital financial products, fintech landscape, and emerging trends. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory; conversational proficiency in Hindi is preferred. Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, value-driven client and partner relationships. Mobility: Willingness to travel locally and interstate as required to manage partner relationships and attend meetings/events.
