About the Role : We are hiring a Partnership and Growth Executive with 1–2 years of experience in corporate sales within fintech. The role involves driving business development, building strategic alliances with banks and NBFCs, and enhancing brand presence. Strong English communication and Hindi fluency are essential. Job description: Focus on developing the business, promoting the company’s offerings, and building brand visibility across key markets. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. Ensure high levels of engagement and relationship management with banking partners. Plan and execute strategic alliance initiatives to drive mutual growth and long-term collaboration. Manage key bank and NBFC accounts to identify new business opportunities and explore enhancements in existing partnerships Qualifications and Requirements: 1–2 years of corporate sales experience in fintech, digital payments, SaaS, or related industries. Strong understanding of digital financial products and industry trends. Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory) and conversational proficiency in Hindi. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Willingness to travel both locally and interstate as required.
