Key Responsibilities

Partner Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related communication.
  • Manage continuous follow-ups on partner emails, tasks, and updates.
  • Maintain and monitor partner portals, dashboards, and central repositories.

Partner Engagement

  • Schedule, coordinate, and attend partner meetings, webinars, reviews, and trainings.
  • Track partner announcements, programs, and incentives and share updates with internal teams.

Partner Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Work with Partner Manager, Partner Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and the internal Pre-Sales Team to generate, qualify, and convert partner leads.
  • Track and report partner-sourced leads and opportunity progress.
  • Support alignment between partner programs and internal sales initiatives.

Training & Certification Management

  • Coordinate partner training programs for internal teams.
  • Track certification requirements, progress, renewals, and completions.
  • Maintain training documentation and ensure timely completion of learning paths.

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain logs, trackers, and reports for partner activities.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly partner engagement summaries.
  • Ensure alignment with partner program requirements and compliance needs.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, team leads, and leadership to plan partner activities.
  • Share upcoming partner opportunities, events, and benefits with relevant teams.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience

    in partner management, sales coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills (email writing, follow-ups, coordination).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience using partner portals (Microsoft, AWS, Qlik, Databricks, Boomi, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple partner programs simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of IT (Cloud/Analytics/Data/AI) ecosystem preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and collaboration tools.
