Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Manage and optimize PLM and MES systems to enhance manufacturing processes. Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Identify and overcome technical difficulties and integration issues in previous projects. Implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive information. Design and maintain data warehouse architecture. Optimize Power BI performance, focusing on storage mode and response time. Understand manufacturing workflows, production planning, and quality control. Generate comprehensive reports based on previous project requirements. Communicate effectively with business users to understand and meet their needs. Manage activities related to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Technical Skills Mandatory: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and e-commerce analytics. Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce. Proven experience in managing data within manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of PLM and MES systems. Proficiency in data security implementation and data warehouse architecture. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users. Strong knowledge in GCP and ETL processes. Proficient in SQL and Python (or R) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Strong experience with Snowflake, DBT data modelling, Dagster, and ETL/ELT processes. Advanced proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports. Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta S2S, and Braze Marketing APIs. Experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools; familiarity with Google BigQuery or AWS is a plus. Experience with e-commerce analytics, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and attribution modelling. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management). NOTE : Preferably residents from Tamilnadu location.
