About the Role:
The Partner Marketing Manager will be the primary point of contact (POC) between CloudThat and its global technology partners (Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Oracle, HPE). This role is both strategic and operational, ensuring CloudThat maximizes value from partner relationships and market development funds (MDF).
The candidate will own the complete partner marketing lifecycle from annual/quarterly planning and fund allocation to campaign execution, reporting, and proof-of-execution (POE) submission. This role requires close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders across functions and leadership levels, as well as with partner teams across regions, to ensure CloudThat s marketing activities align with partner business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong decision-making ability, capable of optimizing fund utilization, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring long-term partner relationship health.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for CloudThat with global technology partners (Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Oracle, HPE).
Build and manage strong relationships with internal teams and external partner stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Own and manage partner marketing funds (MDF), including allocation, utilization, and compliance.
Develop and execute annual and quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with partner GTM priorities and CloudThat s goals.
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly marketing targets in line with approved plans.
Execute co-branded campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to drive leads, registrations, and brand awareness.
Ensure all campaigns and messaging comply with partner brand guidelines.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and fund utilization with timely updates to leadership and partners.
Submit proposals, approvals, Proof-of-Execution (POE), and invoices on time for MDF reimbursements.
Requirements (Must-Have):
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or channel marketing.
Proven experience in managing Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation, execution, reporting, and compliance.
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partner SPOCs across regions.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with partner GTM priorities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in tracking ROI, CPL, and campaign performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for partner and leadership interactions.
Ability to work independently, make fund allocation decisions, and drive outcomes under deadlines.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Good to Have (Nice-to-Have):
MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
Certifications in Digital Marketing or Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle).
Prior experience in IT training, EdTech, or Cloud consulting ecosystem.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
Experience in multi-region marketing coordination and working with global teams.
Creative mindset with ability to bring innovative marketing ideas for partner campaigns.
