Partner Marketing Manager

CBTS is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. As the Partner Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the marketing funds claiming process for partner programs. This includes tracking expenses and funding types by country, verifying Proof of Performance for compliance, and filing necessary documentation in partner portals. You will also be responsible for reconciling differences, allocating overages as needed, and assisting the field marketing team with tracking and processing activities related to client events. Additionally, you will be involved in monthly accounting functions such as account reconciliation, expense reporting, and managing exchange rates. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with partner funding. A background in finance or accounting is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for assessing funding needs, developing budgets, and managing financial resources. You should also have a solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting practices, and partner funding processes. Excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with partners and internal staff. Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Attention to detail is key to ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions. Knowledge of partner funding programs, including program guidelines and portals, is beneficial for success in this role.
