Job Title: Partner Marketing ( Hotel Supply )

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)

Working Days: 6 days (Sunday off)

Gender Preference: Male candidates only

Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in hotel contracting, pricing strategy, and vendor relationship management. The role involves managing a diverse hotel portfolio, ensuring compliance, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decisions, strategic partnerships, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of hotels across multiple regions, ensuring consistent performance, occupancy, and revenue growth.

Manage and develop long-term relationships with hotels, suppliers, and aggregators across multiple regions.

Handle new vendor acquisitions, contract renewals, and rate negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and value-added services.

Support client contracting, RFP management, and onboarding clients to online booking platforms (OBT).

Drive portfolio growth and improve revenue margins through strategic pricing, promotions, and market insights.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Collect and reconcile revenue from hotel partners and ensure timely settlements.

Design targeted promotional offers and seasonal strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.

Analyze regional performance data, identify growth opportunities, and propose business expansion strategies.

Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to support conversion of business travel and corporate clients.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or contracting using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Strong understanding of hotel pricing, rate parity, vendor management, and RFP processes.

Proven ability to analyze market data and design data-driven pricing and growth strategies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel / data analytics tools for performance tracking and margin analysis.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with rotational shifts.
