About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner and Channel Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, appointing, and maintaining a robust channel partner network to drive sales and market growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to directly influence our sales strategy and expand our presence in the retail tech industry. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in channel management and a proven track record of building successful partner relationships.

You Will:

Partner Management Sales

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to sell and support Ginesys products.
  • Collaborate with partners to define joint sales strategies and provide necessary support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within our partner ecosystem.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure they meet sales targets.

Sales Referral Collaboration

  • Manage and track sales referrals from partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Serve as the bridge between Ginesys and its partners, simplifying communication and fostering collaboration.
  • Regularly update leadership on channel progress and sales referrals.

Training Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to equip partners with product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Promote a collaborative mindset and process maturity across the partner network.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of overall experience, with a focus on channel sales, partner management, or a related role within technology or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales and channel partner processes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and outcome-focused.
