Job Description

Elearnmarkets and StockEdge are leading platforms in financial education and stock market analytics, empowering retail investors across India. We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Twitter (X). The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a deep understanding of digital funnels.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute performance-driven paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and funnel mapping to guide targeting and messaging.
  • Forecast budgets, ROI, and performance metrics for upcoming campaigns.

Campaign Management:

  • Launch and manage campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Lead Gen, Conversion, App Install)
  • Twitter/X Ads (Engagement, Follower Growth, Website Clicks)
  • Coordinate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.

Optimization & Performance Tracking:

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and CAC.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, placements, audience sets, and landing pages.
  • Ensure proper conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, GA4, etc.).

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with analytics and product teams to improve campaign attribution and user journeys.
  • Present campaign performance and growth ideas to leadership.


Skills Required:


  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Lead Gen, Conversion, App Install)
  • Twitter/X Ads (Website Clicks, Followers, Engagement)
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, ROAS, CPL, and LTV.
  • Strong ability to optimize campaigns for performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and event-based conversion tracking.
  • Ability to set up, test, and scale campaigns independently.
  • Daily optimization mindset (A/B testing, budget reallocation, audience refinement).
