About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, e-commerce sales, and Revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage campaign budgets, track KPIs, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign data to identify optimization opportunities in targeting, bidding, creatives, and messaging.

• Track and measure KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.) to ensure business objectives are met.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and creatives.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and digital marketing best practices.

• Monitor competitor activities and benchmark campaign performance.

• Work closely with the sales/lead generation team to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 1–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, DataStudio, etc.).

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign attribution.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus.
