Job Description

As an experienced Online Marketing Specialist, your role will involve defining and executing online marketing campaigns across various channels such as Search, Social, Display, Native, etc. You will be responsible for building, analyzing, and continually enhancing campaign performance through optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget adjustments, and regular ad & landing page testing. A data-driven approach will be essential to run marketing experiments, implement attribution models, and establish KPIs/reporting systems to inform marketing decisions. Furthermore, you will measure and report the performance of all paid marketing campaigns, evaluating them against ROI and KPI goals. Developing robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy and landing page performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will explore new channels and platform features to minimize the cost of customer acquisition while staying updated on current trends and best practices in digital marketing. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, Native Content, and Social media (Facebook, Instagram). Demonstrable experience in successfully designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns is crucial. Critical thinking, analytical skills, technical proficiency, curiosity, and persistence are essential qualities for this role. Strong proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to use data for developing and optimizing marketing programs are prerequisites. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, along with being detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and management, will be key to your success. For the desired candidate profile, you should ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent, possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and have previous experience in a similar role in an agency or client-side setting. Being smart, motivated, results-driven, and analytical is crucial, along with strong organizational skills and excellent copywriting abilities. Your multitasking capabilities, teamwork proficiency, and adaptability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment will be tested. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while networking skills are necessary for developing new connections. Creative and strategic thinking for identifying opportunities and challenging the status quo will be beneficial. Training experience is a plus but not mandatory. To meet the qualification criteria, you should have a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Paid Media experience. Technical and professional skills such as attention to detail, inquisitiveness, ability to cope with pressure, effective organizational abilities, team working skills, interpersonal and communication skills, strong research skills, and analytical skills are highly valued.,
