We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and full-service digital campaigns. We’re currently looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities Strategize, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) Conduct keyword and audience research to identify growth opportunities Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and ensure ROI targets are met Collaborate with the content and design teams for creatives and landing pages Run A/B tests to improve ads and conversion rates Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights Stay updated with changes in Google and Meta ad platforms and algorithms Requirements Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Solid understanding of campaign metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Nice to Have Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications Experience in e-commerce and lead-gen campaigns Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO tools Knowledge of SEO fundamentals What We Offer A collaborative and growth-driven environment Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact campaigns Learning and development support to keep you ahead Send your resume and 2-3 examples of successful ad campaigns to hello@digitalryze.com Show more Show less
