Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Supervisor based in Gurugram. The Packaging Supervisor will oversee daily packaging operations, ensure products meet quality standards, and maintain efficient.The role ensure safe,efficent ,and complinat pacakging of cosmetics products while meeting packaging target ,quality satandard and GMP requirment.

Packaging Operations

* Supervise daily packaging activities (filling,labeling,coding,packaging).

* Ensure packaging is done as per BOM,artwork,SOPs, and approved stanadards.

* Monitor line efficiency,output,and downtime.

* Plan manpower deployment for shifts and lines.

* Coordinate with warehouse for timely issuance of packaging materials.

* Control wastage and report variances.

* Enaure proper segregation of approved,rejected,and damaged materials.

• Documentation & Reporting

(i) Maintain packaging batch records and daily

Production reports.

(ii) Records breakdowns,Rejection and corrective

actions.

(iii) Share Daily Repors to Reporting Manager.

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong Knowledge of cosmetics Packaging

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership abilities

• Excellent Communication skills for clear coordination with team members and management

• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions to upskill and guide team members

• Experience in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Proficiency in adhering to safety and operational guidelines

• Qualifications

. Diploma / Bachelors degree ( Any discipline -

Preferred : Production / Pharmacy/Science

. Minimum 2-5 years experience in cosmetics or

FMCG Packaging operations.
