We are hiring for the role of QA - Executive at JLL!! Department: Quality Assurance Location: Silvasa Engg. Division, Silvasa Experience Range: 4 to 5 Years Qualification: Post Graduation Diploma in Plastic Processing and Testing from CIPET Role & responsibilities Making the required standard quality documents, reviewing and ensure to implement at Silvasa Engg. Division. Strong technical Process knowledge on Packaging Machines as well as good understanding of mould validations Protocols. Basis coordination with all the QA personnel at all the units and with Corporate QA team. Coordination with Corporate Quality Team for packaging samples for continuous quality evaluation. To handle all market / JLL units complaints and carry out analysis of market / JLL units complaints for finding out the root cause and take corrective action. Analysis of market replacements/ Customer Complaints and follow up of corrective action. Good knowledge of QA packaging documentation. Strong knowledge of Packaging Materials Components testing. Drafting quality packaging specifications and standard testing procedures. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practise, Good Laboratory Practise and Good Hygienic Practise will be an advantage. Develop and standardize new systems, equipments and monitoring systems for Quality. Collate data from all JLL plants on weekly basis and statistical analysis. Knowledge of Calibration of analytical packaging equipments. Monitoring of all packaging quality Parameters. Classifications of quality defects. Verification of Records, Product Quality Index. 1. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting FFS packing machines. 2. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of packing machines to meet production goals and quality standards . 3. Setup, Adjust and operate FFS packing machines according to production requirements 4. Monitoring machine performance 5. Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs, to ensure the machine's optimal performance and minimize downtime 6. Knowledge of PLC 7. Follow safety guidelines 8. Recording machine performance data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during production 9. Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed during machine operation and reporting any safety hazards or concerns

Role & responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot tablet compression tooling systems as part of both Breakdown Maintenance (BM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) routines. This includes tools of EURO and TSM standards . Ensure the efficient performance, durability , and long life of all tablet tooling components. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and carry out regular maintenance to avoid machine breakdowns and ensure smooth production. Operate and maintain tablet press machines , identify tool wear patterns , and address machine/tool-related issues on time. Use precision measuring tools such as profile projectors, micrometers, dial gauges, hardness testers , and die bore gauges to check and calibrate tools accurately. Read and understand engineering drawings and tablet designs , including B&D tooling standards , multi-tip tooling , and special shapes . Know and apply correct tolerance limits , materials of construction (MOC) , and tool coatings for better tool performance and longer life. Coordinate with other departments to bring improvements in tooling care and machine efficiency .
