Supervise daily operations of the Liquefied Filler FFS machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production runs. troubleshoot issues, maintain safety and quality standards, coordinate maintenance, and lead the team for smooth production.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the operation of Liquefied Filler FFS machines during production shifts. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Quickly identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues to avoid production delays. Lead and coordinate changeovers, startups, and shutdowns of machinery. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for timely preventive and corrective maintenance. Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and downtime reports. Train and guide machine operators to ensure optimal performance and adherence to SOPs. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other industry safety and quality regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are clean, calibrated, and operating within set parameters. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency and waste reduction. Communicate effectively with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
