Position Overview

Personal Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel with precision and confidentiality.
  
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Draft, review, and manage presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  
• Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
  
• Organize leadership meetings, reviews, and offsite sessions.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and represent the CEO’s office with professionalism.
  
• Collaborate with departments to align priorities and improve workflow efficiency.
  

Requirements

  Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• MBA or management certification is a plus.
  
• 2–4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Zoho).
  
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and capable of managing dynamic priorities.
  
• Integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
