Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vijayawada East for an Owner. The Owner will oversee day-to-day business operations, including managing resources, staff, and finances. Responsibilities will also include creating business strategies, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring business objectives and growth targets are met, as well as identifying opportunities for expansion and development. The Owner will be the key decision-maker and leader guiding the organization toward success.

• Strong leadership, business management, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience or knowledge in operational processes specific to the industry
• Ability to drive growth, analyze risks, and adapt to changing market conditions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in similar leadership or ownership roles is advantageous
