Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Delhi, India. The Owner will lead the strategic vision of the organization, oversee the development and execution of operational plans, and ensure alignment with the university’s mission and objectives. Responsibilities include managing finances, cultivating partnerships, advancing academic programs, and fostering innovation while ensuring compliance with educational standards. The Owner will collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to maintain the institution’s growth and reputation both locally and internationally.

• Strategic leadership and organizational management skills
• Expertise in higher education governance, accreditation, and compliance
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Proven ability to foster partnerships and grow stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary research trends and curriculum development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Advanced degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in academia, preferably in a senior leadership role
