Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Owner at Dipkamal Infra, located in Pune. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring all company activities align with its goals and vision. The role also involves strategic planning, decision-making, reviewing ongoing projects, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Attendance at meetings, setting project priorities, and monitoring timelines will also be essential tasks.

• Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Organizational skills
• Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Resource Allocation expertise
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Understanding of construction, infrastructure, or real estate market trends and operations
• Ability to handle compliance requirements and liaise with regulatory authorities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in leading a company or managing high-level operations is highly desirable
