Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Owner role at the Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad. The Owner will lead projects, manage innovation-driven educational practices, and oversee the execution of curriculum goals. Responsibilities include strategizing institutional development, enhancing cross-disciplinary learning opportunities, managing academic and operational excellence, and collaborating with stakeholders and faculty members to meet the institute's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills to oversee academic programs and operational excellence.
• Experience in higher education management, especially in technical and research-focused institutions.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, project execution, and managing interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative academic environment.
• Advanced degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field; a doctorate is preferred.
• Previous experience in academia, research, or institutional leadership is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, supporting collaboration with faculty, students, and administrative personnel.
