Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role includes understanding and meeting staffing needs, building strong relationships with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also use online tools, databases, and networks to proactively identify and attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Proficient talent sourcing and candidate management skills, with expertise in recruiting and interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge in designing and writing compelling job descriptions and managing applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work remotely and independently with excellent time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills and an understanding of recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in IT, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hiring platforms, professional networks, and recruitment software.
