The Owner will oversee the daily operations and management of properties, ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard, and oversee tenant relations. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure profitability, managing budgets, handling maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the Owner may engage with contractors or service providers while striving to enhance the value and appeal of the building. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of property management principles, including maintenance coordination and tenant relations Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization Understanding of relevant building regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams, contractors, and resolve tenant concerns effectively Ability to develop and implement strategies for asset value enhancement Experience in project management and vendor negotiation is a plus Proven track record in building management or real estate operations
