Responsibilities include financial management, developing partnerships, maintaining client relations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance metrics. Qualifications Leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities to effectively oversee operations. Strong financial management, budgeting, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Problem-solving capabilities and negotiation skills for business growth and conflict resolution. Hands-on experience in managing teams and workflow processes, ensuring operational excellence. A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a strong advantage. Previous experience in a similar leadership or operational role is preferred but not mandatory.
