The Owner will oversee the operations of the company, ensuring strategic planning, business growth, and efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovative manufacturing practices. The role also involves evaluating business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining financial health to align with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in leadership, management, and strategic planning Experience in operations management, including resource allocation, staff supervision, and compliance with industry regulations Strong financial acumen with the ability to create and manage budgets Knowledge of the pharmaceutical machinery industry and manufacturing processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to adapt to changing market trends and drive innovation An advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a relevant field is beneficial Prior experience owning or managing a manufacturing business is a plus
