Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Recruiter, based in Chennai. The Overseas Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring international candidates. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. The role also involves maintaining a database of potential candidates and ensuring compliance with international hiring regulations. QualificationsExperience in international recruitment and talent acquisition.Communication in Hindi is Preferable.Immediate Joiners are Preferable.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications effectivelyKnowledge of international employment law and regulationsProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience with recruitment in the technology or software development industry is a plus
