Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Overseas Gulf Recruiter to join our team at Ally International. As a recruiter you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates as per requirements.

Responsibilities-

Source and attract candidates through various channels like connecting with Agents to share requirement and gather CVs, source on Job portals as per the categories.
Co-ordinate with the agents for recruitment process.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of resumes, applications, portfolios to identify potential candidates.
Communicate effectively with candidates or agents keeping them informed about the status of their application and further steps.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidates Profile

Bachelors degree
Preferred work experience of minimum 3-5 years as a Overseas Gulf Recruiter or similar role.
Freshers Accepted.
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multi tasks.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
