Overseas Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Overseas Recruiter to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various overseas job requirements and coordinating with sub-agents, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment sub-agents.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements shared by clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients (online and offline).
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports accurately.
• Follow up with candidates for documentation, medicals, and visa processing.
• Coordinate with the head office and client representatives to ensure all recruitment activities are completed on schedule.
• Support mobilization and deployment processes as needed.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (overseas recruitment experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with online job portals and sourcing methods.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office and email communication).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
