The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of recruitment processes, and experience in overseas placement, especially for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters. Allocate job requirements, monitor daily progress, and ensure timely closures. Coordinate with clients for new mandates, feedback, and deployment schedules. Review CVs and final shortlists before client submission.
