The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for job opportunities in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Prior experience in overseas recruitment is preferred, though domestic recruitment experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates for blue-collar and skilled roles across Gulf markets. Screen CVs, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate with clients and understand job specifications and manpower demands. Prepare and manage candidate data and reports using Excel. Follow up with candidates and clients for documentation, visa processing, and deployment. Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure timely communication. Requirements: 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Overseas preferred; Domestic acceptable). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. Familiarity with Gulf market trends and categories is a plus. Preferred Background: Worked in an overseas manpower consultancy or recruitment agency. Job Title: Team Leader – Overseas Recruitment Location: Gurgaon India Company: Ingenious Overseas Consultancy Industry: Overseas Manpower Recruitment (Kuwait & Saudi Arabia) Salary: ₹50,000+ per month Experience: 4–8 years in Recruitment (Minimum 2 years in Overseas Recruitment) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Recruitment to manage a team of recruiters and ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower requirements for our Gulf clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of recruitment processes, and experience in overseas placement, especially for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters. Allocate job requirements, monitor daily progress, and ensure timely closures. Coordinate with clients for new mandates, feedback, and deployment schedules. Review CVs and final shortlists before client submission. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy using Excel. Conduct training sessions for junior recruiters on sourcing, screening, and client handling.
