Overseas Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist at InRecruits, your role involves sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for overseas opportunities across various industries and sectors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong networks with international employers, universities, and recruitment partners. Your key responsibilities include: - Screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and evaluating candidates against overseas job/academic requirements. - Guiding candidates through documentation, visa requirements, compliance, and relocation procedures. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, which includes advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiations. - Staying updated with overseas market trends, hiring regulations, and immigration policies. - Developing partnerships with agencies, consultants, and international stakeholders to expand InRecruits" reach. - Ensuring compliance with ethical recruitment standards and company policies. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical recruitment practices at all times.
