Voice and Accent Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Voice and Accent Trainer to join our training and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the communication skills of our academic counselors, customer support teams, and student-facing professionals to meet international communication standards, especially for US, UK markets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct voice and accent training sessions (US/UK/Neutral) for new hires and existing employees. Develop customized training modules on pronunciation, intonation, pitch modulation, clarity, fluency, and global communication etiquette. Assess communication skills of trainees and track improvement through regular evaluations and feedback. Organize mock calls, role plays, and interactive voice modulation exercises. Address regional influences in speech and work on accent neutralization techniques. Collaborate with HR and Operations to identify training needs and implement communication development plans. Maintain training reports and documentation of progress. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field. Certification in Voice & Accent Training or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience as a Voice and Accent/Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in BPO, EdTech, or customer-facing industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of different English accents (especially American and British). Patient, motivational, and confident in handling group and individual training sessions. Proficiency with tools like MS Office, Zoom, and learning management platforms.
