Voice and Accent Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer who can enhance communication skills, pronunciation, articulation, and customer-interaction quality for our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the English language, excellent presentation skills, and prior experience training candidates in voice modulation, accent neutralization, and communication etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice & Accent training sessions

• accent neutralization, pronunciation, intonation, fluency, and clarity

• listening skills, grammar, and telephone etiquette

• individual feedback and coaching

• training modules, audio material, and learning resources

• voice assessments, mock calls, role plays, and tests

• communication standards

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over English language (written & spoken)

• Clear diction, pronunciation, and neutral accent

• Excellent presentation & classroom management skills

• Ability to coach individuals with varying proficiency levels

• BPO/Customer Service

• Strong listening and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred

• 1-3 years

• BPO, contact center, or training domain

• Certifications in Voice & Accent, Linguistics, or Communication
