Voice and Accent Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver voice and accent training modules for US and UK processes.
• Conduct pre-assessments and post-assessments to gauge training effectiveness.
• Provide one-on-one coaching for counsellors requiring additional support.
• Train teams on cultural sensitivity, intonation patterns, and neutral accent usage.
• Monitor the progress of trainees and share detailed feedback with management.
• Develop and update training content, call simulations, and practice scripts.
• Conduct refresher sessions and ongoing development programs for existing staff.
• Coordinate with quality teams to identify communication gaps and address them through targeted training.
• Stay up to date with language trends and regional dialect changes in the US and UK.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in voice and accent training for US/UK processes.
• Excellent command over English language with neutral accent.
• Strong knowledge of phonetics, intonation, speech modulation, and cultural etiquette.
• Prior experience training B2C counsellors or sales teams is a plus.
• Ability to conduct engaging training sessions both online and in-person.
• Certification in Voice & Accent or Soft Skills Training is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
