Overseas recruiter(freshers)

You will be working as an Overseas Recruiter for a company that was established in 2020 as part of a larger group founded in 2014. The company focuses on offering comprehensive facilities globally, combining extensive business knowledge with operational responsibility in software development and recruitment to address global requirements. As an Overseas Recruiter based in Chennai, you will handle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Your responsibilities will also include networking with potential candidates, managing candidate databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing, along with the ability to build and maintain candidate databases. Strong networking skills, experience in collaborating with hiring managers, proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Software, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Previous experience in international or overseas recruitment will be considered advantageous. Additionally, communication skills in Hindi are preferred for this position. This is a full-time on-site role that offers a monthly salary ranging from 15k to 18k.
