We’re now expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Intern to support our business development and partnerships initiatives. Role Overview As an Outreach Intern, you will play a key role in helping AdFox Media build strong relationships with brands, creators, and industry partners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, research, networking, and contributing to growth initiatives. You will support the outreach team in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, managing follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand partnerships, lead generation, communication and digital marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential brands, influencers, startups, and businesses for collaboration Assist in creating outreach lists, databases, and CRM updates Draft outreach messages, emails, and proposals Initiate and maintain communication with leads through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms Support the business development team with daily follow-ups and coordination Track responses, manage lead pipelines, and prepare outreach reports Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams for integrated outreach efforts Assist in planning outreach campaigns and events where required Represent AdFox Media professionally and confidently in all communication Who We're Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skills Confident, articulate, and comfortable talking to new people Interested in marketing, digital media, and brand partnerships Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Strong research and organization skills Ability to multitask and manage timelines Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and email-writing etiquette is a bonus Final-year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply Educational BackgroundGraduates in - Mass Media, Communications, Journalism, PR, or Business backgrounds will be preferred.
