Key Responsibilities

• Represent the bootcamp at educational institutes, corporate offices, and professional communities.
• Engage with academic administrators, HR teams, and professional networks to promote the program.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and information sessions to prospective participants.
• Build and manage participant contact lists and communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email).
• Assist in organizing pre-bootcamp workshops, orientation sessions, and promotional events.
• Maintain daily outreach and follow-up reports for the program team.
• Support lead conversion efforts under guidance from the management team.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in engaging with educational institutes, corporates, and professional communities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using digital tools for outreach and communication.
• Willing to travel extensively across Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
