Outreach Intern

As an Outreach & Engagement Intern for Universities & Corporate Relations, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with universities and corporate organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Connecting with universities, colleges, and corporate stakeholders to schedule meetings and explore potential partnerships. - Drafting emails, proposals, and communication material customized for outreach purposes. - Coordinating logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings and workshops. - Maintaining and updating the CRM/database with contact logs and ensuring consistent follow-ups. - Assisting in the organization of campus visits, information sessions, and corporate engagements. - Representing the organization in a professional and enthusiastic manner during external communications. To excel in this role, you must possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory for verbal communication). - Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability for relationship building. - Confidence in public speaking and a proactive attitude. - Organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. - Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events as required. - Preference for recent graduates or final-year students, with a background in communications, business, or marketing considered a plus.
