Key Responsibilities:
The Outreach & Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing program branding, marketing materials, and digital strategy in close collaboration with the Communications team for the Scholarship Programme.
- Managing applicant outreach and engagement events during open application periods, including webinars, workshops, and other events.
- Creating a database of highly ranked institutes in India that offer programs relevant to the Scholarship.
- Building relations and long-term partnerships with these institutes.
- Managing the student communications process throughout all stages of the program, including verification, evaluation, and interview processes.
- Coordinating updates on the Scholarships website, marketing materials, Q&A Chatbot, and Scholarship documentation yearly as needed.
- Managing scholar and alumni engagement initiatives such as expert interactions, soft-skills trainings, networking events, volunteering, and internship opportunities.
- Identifying experts to conduct interactions & trainings for the Scholars.
- Liaising with internal HR teams for internship opportunities.
- Organizing networking events.
- Developing and managing the Scholarship Alumni & Engagement portal.
- Leading the scholarship ambassadors' strategy and engagement.
- Magnifying the achievements and stories of scholars and amplifying the reach of the Scholarships Programme through social media, feature articles in education publications, etc..
- Supporting the Scholarships team with the end-to-end application and selection process as needed.
Success in this role will be evaluated based on metrics such as:
- Adding new institutes to the existing database with a focus on inclusion & diversity.
- Exploring new partnerships with institutes for outreach.
- Conducting webinars and in-person outreach activities at Institutes.
- Coordinating with outreach partner agencies for day-to-day activities.
- Organizing workshops, training, and expert interactions for Scholars.
- Coordinating with internal HR teams for internship opportunities.
- Identifying scholars with achievements for social media and other promotions.
Key interactions will include the internal Communications and HR teams, as well as external outreach agencies, institutes, and universities.
Education Qualifications:
- Must have a Graduate Degree in any field.
Experience (Must Have & Good to Have):
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with marketing and communications of large-scale projects.
- Experience working with scholarship programs is required.
- Domain knowledge in any fields of Science & Technology is a plus.
