Role Overview

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth functioning, customer delight, team performance, and adherence to company standards. This role is best suited for someone with strong leadership skills and prior experience in the food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

 Manage daily outlet operations including staff management, stock, billing, and cash handling.

 Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.

 Optimize operational efficiency and minimize wastage.

2. Team Leadership & Training

 Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain service standards.

 Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.

 Motivate and coach team members for consistent performance.

3. Customer Experience

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

 Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

 Build a customer-centric culture in the outlet.

4. Sales & Profitability

 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

 Implement upselling and promotional strategies to increase sales.

 Monitor costs and control expenses to maximize profitability.

5. Reporting & Compliance

 Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock, and expenses.

 Share regular reports with senior management.

 Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

 2–5 years of experience in the F&B/QSR/hospitality industry.

 Prior experience in store/outlet/restaurant management preferred.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

 Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
