About the Role

Danbro is looking for an experienced and hands-on Outlet Manager to manage daily operations, lead the team, ensure food & service quality, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations (bakery, kitchen & dining)

• Ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards

• Handle staff scheduling, supervision, and training

• Monitor sales, billing, inventory, and cost control

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues smoothly

• Maintain FSSAI and hygiene compliance

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience as Outlet / Restaurant / Café Manager

• Experience in bakery, café, or Italian/continental dining preferred

• Strong leadership and customer-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of POS, inventory, and reporting

• Willing to work shifts, weekends & holidays
