Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outlet Manager located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Outlet Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient service. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, implementing high standards of customer service, and achieving sales goals. The role also requires training and mentoring team members, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operations at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in People Management, including leadership and team development
• Effective Communication skills to engage with both staff and customers
• Proficiency in Inventory Management to monitor supplies and stock levels
• Strong organizational skills and a result-oriented approach
• Prior experience in retail or hospitality management is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
