LuvCutlet, one of Kochi’s fastest-growing QSR brands, is hiring an experienced Outlet Manager who can take full ownership of outlet operations and support the team in all tasks when required. ⸻ Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the QSR outlet Learn and be able to perform all tasks done by other staff (cooking assistance, packing, counter, cleaning, order flow) Step in and substitute for any staff during absence Take charge of the outlet as if it’s your own — full ownership mindset Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance Ensure SOP compliance for food quality, hygiene & speed Handle customer service, complaints & smooth order processing Monitor stock levels, place purchase orders & control wastage Track daily sales, maintain reports & achieve targets Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety & brand standard. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years experience managing QSR outlets (Restaurants, cafés, or cloud kitchens also acceptable) Strong leadership and problem-solving ability Must be willing to learn all outlet tasks hands-on Flexible to support the team during busy hours or shortages Good communication and team-handling skills Responsible, punctual, and committed to the brand’s growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
