Job Responsibilities Handling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiry. Costing and itinerary preparation. To be able to deal with customers through chat and also support internal sales team. Aware of hotel reservation on online portals. Coordinating with the suppliers for rate negotiations. Handling clients queries over mails related to tour planning. Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution Responsible for ensuring that the tour is operated smoothly Job Requirements Proficiency in English (Written and verbal). Exemplary sales/operations skills and customer-oriented approach. Good knowledge of major travel destinations Must have knowledge of world geography, hotels & airport. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively. Great presentation skills for winning the confidence of the clients. Having passion for Sales and customer service is must.
