Job Description

The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for handling all travel-related arrangements and services for employees, guests, or clients. This includes booking transportation, accommodations, managing travel documentation, and ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel plans in accordance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, executives, and guests. Book flights, trains, cabs, hotels, and visa services as needed. Monitor travel schedules, itineraries, and ensure timely communication of travel plans. Process travel expense reports and maintain travel-related documentation. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget limits. Negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels for the best rates and corporate deals. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel support. Maintain and update the travel database and reports regularly. Support visitor management and logistics for on-site meetings or conferences. Provide courteous assistance to employees regarding travel queries and concerns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination or front office operations (preferably in a corporate or hotel setting). Proficient in travel booking software, MS Office, and email communication. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication.
